Do I have to sign a contract?
No. Care is month to month. If you ever want to stop, give us 30 days notice and we will hand everything over cleanly.
Can you look after a site you did not build?
Usually, yes, if it is on WordPress. We do a one-time review first so we know what we are working with.
What if I need more changes than my plan covers?
Extra work is billed at $125/hr in 15 minute steps, and we always tell you the cost before starting. If it happens often, a bigger plan usually works out cheaper.
Do you host the website?
Partner includes fast managed hosting. On Care or Care Plus, you can keep your current host, or we can set you up on hosting we trust.
Unused hours roll over?
Monthly time does not roll over, but we will always tell you what is left so you can use it. Many clients save up small requests and send them together.
